Tiger's Eye, also called Tigereye, is a fascinating gemstone, with a mesmerising optical property called 'Chatoyancy', or Cat's Eye, due to its reflective effect. Tigers Eye was worn by Roman soldiers in battle, who believed it to have protective properties. It is also believed by some to protect travellers.
