How will my jewellery be packaged?

All pieces are sent in a gift box ready for gifting or treating yourself. Multiple items may be sent in one box to keep shipping costs to a minimum be kind to the planet, please let us know if you require separate boxes.

How will my order be sent and how long will it take to arrive?

Orders are sent within 1-4 business days via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service (UK) or International Tracked (outside the UK). Overseas delivery times vary but please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive. Please see our full delivery info.

How do I choose the correct size?

Most of our bracelets are sized at 6.5 inches extending to 8. This fits most women's wrists, however custom sizes are available - please contact us for more information before ordering. Necklaces are available in various lengths, please see individual listings which have size charts.

Can I wear my jewellery while swimming / showering?

We advise keeping our jewellery dry as the components can be compromised by water, chlorine and elements in skincare / haircare products.

Do you accept returns and exchanges? 

Yes! With the exception of earrings and customised pieces. Please see our full returns policy for more info.

What are Gold Fill and Gold Vermeil?

Gold Fill is where a layer gold is bonded to a core made from another metal. It is a fantastic alternative to solid gold, being far more affordable, and has the same hypoallergenic benefits. The layer of gold is much much thicker than gold plating, giving it excellent longevity.

Gold Vermeil is gold plating over Sterling Silver, ensuring that only precious metals are present.
