Returns Policy

With the exception of earrings and customised pieces, all items can be returned for a refund or exchange according to the below conditions:

• Refunds/exchange must be requested within 14 days of receipt
• Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt
• Items must be in unworn and as-new condition, in original packaging
• Buyer is responsible for paying return postage unless item is faulty

We recommend you use a tracked service for returns as we can't refund/exchange items lost in the post.

When returning from outside the UK please mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' otherwise a customs fee may be charged which will be deducted from your refund total.

We regret that earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons, and customised pieces are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
