Shipping policy

Our order processing time is 1-4 business days. At busy times it may take slightly longer.

We use Royal Mail's Tracked services for all orders. UK orders are usually delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. International delivery times vary but please allow at least 10 business days.

Please note that we can't be responsible for packages that are not delivered due to errors in the address as entered by the customer, however these are usually returned to us and can be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee.
