With a lovely sparkling clarity, Citrine is the birthstone for November, and gets its name from the French word for lemon, 'Citron'. It is also known as 'The Merchant's Stone' and the 'Stone of Abundance' due to beliefs that it promotes wealth and prosperity. It is associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra in the Chakra system.
