Picture Jasper is a variety of Quartz which has unique and beautiful banded, mottled and swirling patterns in a range of beige, brown and cream tones, evocative of a natural landscape. The Ancient Egyptians used it as a stone of protection and good luck, and some still believe it to hold these properties, as well as helping boost creativity and dissolve negative energy. The gemstones are interspersed by tiny Gold Vermeil or Sterling Silver beads.
