Spinel comes in many colours, including red, black, silver and lavender. Spinel gemstones are amongst the sparkliest due to the mineral's incredible natural reflective quality. Famously, the 'Black Prince's Ruby' in the British Crown Jewels was later discovered to be a Red Spinel. Some believe that Spinel can increase energy levels, confidence, prosperity and creativity.
